1. Do you take credit cards for payment?

Yes, we accept Mastecard or Visa in person or you can online.

You will need the Holmdel Court code: 1318

2. When do I have to pay my ticket by?

Your date to pay your ticket is the court date on the front of your ticket unless you are pleading not guilty or you have a mandatory ticket that requires a court appearance.

3. Will I get points?

The court does not assess points. That is done by the Motor Vehicle Commission.

4. Will I have a chance to speak to the prosecutor if I don’t have an attorney?

Yes; you will be able to speak to the prosecutor on your court date. If you have an attorney he or she will speak to the prosecutor for you.
