When do I have to pay my ticket by?: Your date to pay your ticket is the court date on the front of your ticket unless you are pleading not guilty or you have a mandatory ticket that requires a court appearance.

1. Do you take credit cards for payment?: Yes, we accept Mastecard or Visa in person or you can online.
You will need the Holmdel Court code: 1318

2. When do I have to pay my ticket by?: Your date to pay your ticket is the court date on the front of your ticket unless you are pleading not guilty or you have a mandatory ticket that requires a court appearance.

3. Will I get points?: The court does not assess points. That is done by the Motor Vehicle Commission.

4. Will I have a chance to speak to the prosecutor if I don’t have an attorney?: Yes; you will be able to speak to the prosecutor on your court date. If you have an attorney he or she will speak to the prosecutor for you.
